What is BetterFlow and who operates it?

BetterFlow is an AI-powered project management and time tracking platform. It is operated by BetterQA (Better Quality Assurance S.R.L.), founded in 2018 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. BetterQA is an ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified company. The company has 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

The Platform provides these capabilities:

• Time tracking and timesheet management
• Project management and team assignments
• Leave management and approval workflows
• AI-powered productivity analytics
• Client portal access
• Automated reporting and exports
• Third-party integrations (DeskTime, etc.)

How do I register for an account?

To use BetterFlow, you must meet these requirements:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Accept responsibility for account activities
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

Organizations control subscription plans and user access. Individual users cannot modify subscription settings without authorization.

How does the BetterFlow free trial work?

BetterFlow uses a tenant-based pricing model. Subscription fees are based on active users and selected modules.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. After expiration or termination, you have a 30-day grace period. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

We offer a 30-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required for the trial. Trials expire automatically without charges.

What are the acceptable use rules?

You agree not to do the following:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform
• Use the Platform for unauthorized surveillance
• Resell Platform access without authorization

What happens to my data after subscription ends?

You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your data. This license covers only Platform service delivery.

Our security measures include:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
• Role-based access controls (RBAC)
• ISO 27001:2013 certified security practices
• Daily encrypted backups

6. Third-party integrations

BetterFlow integrates with third-party services. These include DeskTime, Jira, and GitHub. Your use is subject to their terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party availability.

7. Service level agreement (SLA)

We target 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Email support is available at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 24 business hours. Daily encrypted backups are performed.

8. Intellectual property

BetterFlow and related trademarks are the property of Better Quality Assurance S.R.L. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during your subscription.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You have 30 days to export your data upon termination. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law.

12. Modifications to terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email of significant updates.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Cluj-Napoca courts.
