From QA Company to Workforce Solution

In 2018, Tudor and Ana Brad founded BetterQA in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The mission was simple: deliver software testing that actually makes products better.

What started as Tudor's work revolutionizing hospital communication in Sarasota, Florida, grew into a 50+ person team of passionate QA experts. We were good at what we did. Really good.

But success brought chaos: Managing timesheets across time zones, tracking who's working on what, keeping clients updated daily - it was eating up hours we should have spent on actual QA work.

Existing tools? Either Big Brother surveillance nightmares or glorified spreadsheets. We needed something that understood how modern remote teams actually work.

So we built BetterFlow. Not to watch people, but to prove work. Not to micromanage, but to build trust through transparency.

The real validation? Our clients saw us using it and asked: "Can we get that too?"
