Our Story

In 2018, Tudor and Ana Brad founded BetterQA in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with a simple mission: deliver exceptional software testing services that actually make a difference.

What started as Tudor's QA work revolutionizing hospital communication in Sarasota grew into something bigger. We assembled a team of passionate QA experts who shared our vision of quality without compromise.

The turning point: As we grew to 50+ team members across multiple projects and time zones, we faced a challenge every scaling company knows - managing it all without losing our minds.

Spreadsheets weren't cutting it. Existing tools were either too complex or too simple. We needed something that understood how modern teams actually work.

So we built BetterFlow - first for ourselves, then for our clients who saw what we were using and wanted in. What started as an internal tool became our gift to growing companies everywhere.

Growing Pains
Team grows to 30+ members. Managing timesheets, projects, and client updates becomes a daily challenge.

BetterFlow Prototype
We build the first version of BetterFlow to solve our own workforce management challenges.

Client Demand
