1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BetterFlow ("the Tool"), developed by BetterQA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Tool.

2. Description of the Tool

BetterFlow is an internal project and timesheet management tool designed to enhance project management, timesheet tracking, and daily status updates. It includes features for user authentication, role management, project oversight, and integration with third-party services.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Tool, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration and use of the Tool.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the Tool in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the Tool for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Tool or its related systems or networks.

4. User Accounts and Security

• Account Creation: Users must create an account using valid credentials. Accounts can be created using Google, Microsoft, or local authentication methods.
• Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. BetterQA is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Roles and Permissions

• Super Admin: Has the highest level of control, including assigning user rates, managing all users and projects, and overseeing the entire Tool.
• Admin: Can manage projects and users, but cannot assign rates or create Super Admins.
• User: Can access assigned projects and manage their timesheets.

6. Data Management

• Data Retention: User data and timesheets are retained for as long as the account is active. If a user is deactivated, their data will not be deleted but their session will be terminated.
• Data Privacy: All personal and project-related data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Integrations

BetterFlow integrates with third-party services such as Google Authentication, and DeskTime. By using the Tool, you agree to the integration and data sharing with these services as necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on BetterFlow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of BetterQA and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials found in the Tool is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterQA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Tool. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses

10. Modifications to the Tool and Terms

BetterQA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Tool after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

BetterQA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Tool, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Tool will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the Tool will be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
