It records which apps, windows, and websites were active, detects idle and away-from-keyboard time, and turns the result into timesheet entries matched to the right project by rules you set. It runs across more than one machine per person, lays the day out as a timeline with a short summary of each block, and supports manual entries (approved by a manager) for offline work. Built-in integrity checks flag mismatches such as idle time counted as active, so billed hours hold up. The agent is transparent: team members see the same timeline and summaries their managers do. ## Does BetterFlow have an API? Yes.
